can you be sure that you are protected when you apply sunscreen? And what
does exercise have to do with cancer prevention? This presentation introduces
you to healthy choices, cancer prevention, and how to create a lifestyle
for yourself.
- Breast Health
Breast cancer is the cancer women fear most, but it isnt the only
breast problem that can develop. Other aspects of breast care are important
and can play a role in cancer prevention. Learn helpful facts about breast
health, important cancer screening guidelines and effective breast self-exam

had prostate cancer, and nearly 200,000 died of the disease. African-American
men have the worlds highest rate of prostate cancer and are more likely

of prostate disease and early detection measures. The Cancer Prevention
Institute can even provide PSA blood testing to those men at risk for prostate
cancer who attend your meeting.

colon cancer prevention and the guidelines for colon cancer screening are
part of this informative program.

activity a day. Find out how active you should be, and learn how to incorporate
that kind of exercise into your busy day.
